OUR SOLUTIONS

Delfin Corporate Services provides a range of services to companies around the world looking to establish a legal entity in the Netherlands. We support our clients with bespoke solutions to these challenges, helping to bring added success to their businesses.

Delfin Corporate Services seeks to act as a fully independent director and so has opted not to offer fiscal advisory or accountancy services to its clients. Instead, we have spent the past few years developing a comprehensive network of professional partners, including accountants, tax specialists, solicitors, and lawyers in the Netherlands

DOMICILE AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES

  • Acting as statutory director or proxy holder
  • Providing clients with an official postal address and keeping administrative documents
  • Providing office facilities
  • Organizing and hosting shareholder and management meetings

LEGAL AND FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

  • Taking care of day-to-day administration and correspondence
  • Following up on compulsory declarations and returns and official requests for information
  • Managing bank accounts

  • Support in founding legal entities
  • Coordinating the opening of bank accounts
  • Compiling the statutory compliance file

OUR VISION

Delfin Corporate Services is a privately-owned Dutch trust company, operating with a permit from De Nederlandsche Bank since 2005.

Delfin aims to carry out all of its business with clients in a way that is both socially responsible and transparent. We seek to get to know our clients at a personal level and all of our clients strive to do business in an ethical, socially-responsible manner in full compliance with nationally and internationally accepted standards of conduct as well as standards such as the OECD guidelines and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
