Wouter completed his Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management at Zuyd University and obtained his Associate’s degree as a Certified Trust Officer (CTO) at the Licent Academy.

Wouter started his professional career at the Adecco Group as a Consultant in Finance and Administration, after which he joined the Cadac Group, an ICT firm, ultimately becoming Manager of Professional Resources. Wouter joined the Delfin team in 2007 as a Senior Recruiter and in 2014 made the switch to Delfin Corporate Services as a Trust Officer.

In 2018, he was appointed Managing Director at Delfin Corporate Services following approval from De Nederlandsche Bank on 11 April 2018.
